We ship to all governorates across Egypt.
Orders are processed and dispatched within our standard handling time once payment or deposit has been confirmed.

Shipping Outside Cairo and Alexandria

Shipping is available nationwide; however, for orders outside Cairo and Alexandria, a deposit is required before shipping. Orders will only be dispatched after the deposit payment is received and confirmed..

Pre-Orders

For all pre-orders, a 20% deposit is required upon order confirmation.
This deposit will be deducted from the total order amount and can be refunded if the customer decides to cancel the order before it has been processed or shipped.
Pre-orders usually take 14–21 business days to arrive, depending on product availability and supplier schedule.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by location and product availability. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking information (if applicable).

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier companies, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately at support@bumbletoys.com.

SECTION 2 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as cosmetics, skincare, and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was sent.
