Egyptian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle such Dispute and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt. For the purposes of this section, you waive any objection to the Egyptian courts, on the grounds that it is an inconvenient or inappropriate forum to settle any Dispute.
