Returns Policy – Bumble Toys

Our return policy lasts from 30  to 14 days (unless listed under non-returnable items below).
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

• Gift cards

• Health & personal care products

• Special Orders

• Deposits

• Printed goods (e.g., sticker sheets, coloring books, activity books)

• Water toys

• Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to misuse

Once we initiate the return request, the shipping courier will contact you on the mobile number registered in your account.
You are responsible for following up with the courier until the returned items reach us.
Please note that we can only initiate the return process once.
